I would like to send some special thanks and gratitude to Dr. Alistair Benson of Salford University for his guidance in the accomplishment of this project in MSc. Procurement and Supply Chain Management. He offered the academic insight and guided me throughout every step of the research project, and his contribution cannot be undermined. I would also like to recognize my supervisor Prof. Stuart Wallace for his exceptional support and assistance in the review of this research. His professional guidance has played a unique role in the accomplishment of this insurmountable task.
Special thanks to my colleagues in procurement, logistics, and supply chain in departments across Qatar. Former colleagues contributed immensely in my data collection processes. And they assisted me to find respondents for the snow blow sampling process. This research could not be realized without their meaningful support in different areas of this project. I also send some special thanks to the Salford University and all the members of the teaching and non-teaching fraternity. They helped create a conducive and transparent learning environment much required for the successful completion of this educational program.
