Aging Prison Population and Costs (141)
Should inmates who are elderly be released from incarceration?
Inmates who are elderly should not technically be released from their internment due to their declared years of the sentence. Aside from parole, inmates who are elderly should be released from incarceration for a humane reason. They could no longer harm the public anymore due to their emotional, mental, and physical conditions (Price & Planner II, 2006). The prison warden and the government must grant these inmates who are elderly since they could no longer serve his penalty due to old age. It would be a burden on the prison house and the government to take care of the elderly inmates. If the government fails to acknowledge this concern, it necessarily requires experts who can perform the tasks to have patients an early detection and diagnosis, medical management, inmate classification and housing, education and training of inmates, and adequate funding (Price & Planner II, 2006). It means that the presence of the inmates who are elderly would require a financial budget for educational and medical treatment. Therefore, the inmates who are elderly should be released from detention.
Could services provided by public agencies be tapped to meet the needs of elderly inmates?
The public bureaus and agencies could provide those internment services to meet the needs of the inmates. For instance, if detainees show unusual physical, mental, and social needs quite different from others, these public agencies can offer jail services and prison managing styles to answer to the nontraditional and radical techniques toward them (Schmalleger & Smykla, 2012).

Wait! Aging Prison Population and Costs (141) paper is just an example!

Hence, the government must provide and support the correctional budgets that would impact the correctional officers’ aptitude to deliver critical services.
If so, which services might be invoked?
In this case, health and medical services might be invoked in the penitentiary rather than releasing the inmates for total safety.

First of all, I want to say that these guys have pretty affordable prices. I asked them to write a compare-and-contrast essay and was really impressed with the final cost and, what is even more important, the level of quality.
