AME U4DB Response 1 and 2
Response 1
I have learned that before a company starts, the management should understand what the SWOT means and what it does for the organization. One key factor that I considered it important is the strength. Strength allows organizations to easily adapt problems or challenges that a company might be facing (Ojala, 2017). Also, it is the company’s strength which can assist the management to research find and solution to problems which might be hindering the company to develop or expand. One question concerning strength is that I want to know more about the type of methods that a company should consider when solving problems within the organization? Also, I would need a clarification on the kind of solutions to be considered. Can different problems be solved using the same approach or different problems require different approaches?
Response 2
What I have learned is that organizations should consider opportunities available for it to do well in the market. For instance, a company should consider introducing new products which are not available in the market, but the customers have a great demand (Ojala, 2017). New products will give a company a chance to grow faster and become a multinational company within a short period. Also, the quality of products matters a lot in the market; hence, companies should ensure that products are of high quality to attract more customers. One question regarding opportunities is that, what are some of the challenges that an organization might face when moving from one region to another where there are greater opportunities? Apart from this question, I would need more clarification on what an organization can do when it was expecting more profit in a given season, but at the end, there is a low profit.
