Data Analysis
Apparently, the population increase of students from countries outside the US has led to the need for resource support for parents and teachers. The change in the number of graduating students today as compared to the previous years, indicates that there is an increase in the need for education. The data also shows that the rate of school attendance is at 73.4% indicating that hindrances are causing in daily attendance. Also, attendance of students in Grand City is on the decline as compared to the earlier (Mandinach et al., 2017).
It is also important to note that there has been an increase in the number of Riza students, black students as well as Latino students. This demographic group comprises of poor people who mostly cannot afford proper educational facilities. These changes affect not only middle and high schools but also in elementary and preschools. The effect is a concern especially in Grand City which is recording a higher number of students with low daily attendance (Fullan, 2016).
The rate of graduation is also alarming especially in Riza community which is recording a 20% graduation rate. This might be due to high absenteeism of Riza students, lack of school feeding programs and poverty. Overall, different needs need to be considered to improve the level of education in the United States, especially in Grand City.
To overcome this, there is the need for family support; financial, information, mental or physical support.

There is a need for cross-specialization and collaborations of different stakeholders to safeguard the future of the young children by establishing early childhood centers. Government and other sectors need to collaborate to assist institutions, parents, and students to ensure that they stay in a conducive learning environment (Mandinach et al., 2017). Teaching methods also need to be changed to forester critical thinking in learners (Fullan, 2016).
