Global environmental change is the most devastating issue in the word regarding the effects that it will cause to the future generations if hazardous activities keep on being glorified (Grineski et al., 2012). In most cases, the data saved in agency records are usually corrupted thus they lead to a challenge in coming across a better approach to controlling climate change (Hatry, 2010). Most of the caseworkers who contribute to the information that is stored in agency records
On bad thing that happens when using an agency, files are the fact that some agency records data are inaccurate (Grineski et al., 2012). Some of the records portray disproportionate share of negative environmental consequences especially on the socially marginalized people (Hatry, 2010). Consequently, such kind of data affects the overall quest to offer environmental impacts solutions to all groups of people.
Underestimations of environmental impacts of humanmade processes on the climate result into potential risks and exposure of humans to harsh climatic conditions in the future. Ground level ozone will destroy some living creatures, an issue that could be avoided if the right information could be recorded in agency records. Improper records might subject the world to unprecedented challenges brought about by melting of ice and the effect of floods like deaths, illness, population displacement and injury.

The aspect that the data in the agency records is considered to be right affects the relevance of the decisions to be made by environmental planners. Agency records eliminate the need for looking for new data. It reduces the time that could be used in carrying out research. Incomplete data affects the decisions to be made by planners (Hatry, 2010, p. 246). The differences portrayed in agency records affects the quality of data.
Even though the adverse effects overwhelm the positive deeds developed from using agency records, the little accurate data in the agency records can be used to predict the future impact of the weather and climatic conditions (Grineski et al., 2012). Spatial studies of climate change ensure that there is social equity (Hatry, 2010). The data from agency records enables environmental planners to prevent extreme heat that might occur if the depletion of the ozone layer keeps on happening. Therefore, the benefits or the good things from analyzing agency records are connected to the accuracy of the data.
