The George Brown College experiences food wastage and sometimes delivers unhealthy food from their cafeteria that can impact the health of students and other residents of the school. To promote quick sales, it is imperative to work diligently on the health standards of the food delivered. Quick sales will minimize leftovers and avoid wastage of food. The project implementation will need stakeholders encompassing GBC students and the students’ association who will support sales and marketing. The teachers will assist in examining the quality, and the financial department is expected to provide resources after communicating with the dean. Cooking students will participate in cooking the food products, and competitors will be significant in assisting the project in evaluating its market progress. The project aims to promote the sales volume of the George Brown cooked school food by transporting it to a cafeteria where people can easily access and has better food safety measures. The budget for the project is $ 40000, and the implementation should take less than two weeks.
Success factors
The success of the project will be evaluated by the number of students and teachers purchasing products from the cafeteria. Increased sales volume can also be a factor and ultimately the profit margin that will be realized from the project (Sharma & Mareja, 2016). Corporation among the stakeholders which encompasses the dean and all other project associates will also contribute to the success of the project.

Product scope
Hema will transport fast moving food products that are consumable at a lower cost. An analysis will be performed, and only those products that students consume mainly will be cooked in high amount. The products will be cooked using conservatives that will hinder the products from going bad and been wasted.

The infrastructure in the college is scattered, and the cafeteria must be located near the pathways to lecture halls and the students’ residents which is already occupied by structures (Sharma & Mareja, 2016). Establishing the cafeteria next to the lecture halls will attract a good number of students and sales will automatically increase. Expansion space and increased staffing are essential to enhance the cooking process to match the high number of students. Sales volume after two months will determine the success of the project will be over $80,000.
