Abstract
There is always someone who you always want to work for or work with or at least be under his management in a business. These people are ever hard to find and reach them is so difficult. Sometimes an opportunity may pop up, and you may think that is the only chance to get this person about yourself and how productive you are when incorporated into a system of organization. However, this abrupt meeting is never planned, and mostly it needs to take the shortest time possibly because the person who could obviously be a president or C.E.O of a company is not aware of such. Nevertheless, one needs to summarize all their CV in a few words because an elevator might just land on a floor any time and the important target is gone. It is difficult to do this in the shortest time possible, and since there is no guarantee that the opportunity will be there next time, one needs to do it.
Elevator Speech
“Hello, my name is John Mayor. I am a Human Resource Manager at WILLS Company and have worked for three years now. I am one person, who thinks ahead of the company regarding management, organization and company productivity through my ability to design the most workable plan for good performance (Pagliarin, 2005). I have got good skills in communication, organization, and discretion. Addition to that I can also multi-task and manage conflicts in an organization very well. I have had to get my company on the right courses in recent past after it had engaged in poor planning that was leading it to nothing more than losses.

Through good communication skills and organization, I managed to come up with the most appropriate way of handling the situation where the top management bought the idea, and everything is just working smart.
I would like to let you know that I am capable of getting a business company under the manipulation of my HR department to realize the importance of innovation and implementation of ideas to make an organization a flexible business farm (Pagliarin, 2005). I have been yearning to join your company and be given the HR department to run. This is because; there are so many opportunities I find loosely hanging in your company which needs to be exploited. Your company is big and requires an experienced professional to design strategies for it that will improve its performance.
My education and professional goals included employee training, recruitments and improving employee relations (Pagliarin, 2005). As you can confirm with me, sir, maximization of employee productivity is essential to a business organization. This can only be achieved through programs such as employee training and recruitments while constantly maintaining a good employee relation.
