CEBC provides the Exploration, Preparation, Implementation, and Sustainment (EPIS) framework that forms the basis upon which the works aimed at improving the welfare of the children are implemented. The EPIS framework can be applied by social workers to implement proposals and interventions that identify and support the children who have been neglected or abused in the various societies. The provided programs from the databases and the registry can enable the social workers to implement the various interventions required to promote the well-being of the children and families that are in the welfare system (CEBC).
