Strength
Most objectives of the program were realized in that the fertility rates were reduced, couple communication improved, culture perspective of family size change and coercing reduced.
Secondary advantages were realized such as an increase in secondary enrollment of students as parents could afford catering for the children’s needs.
The project strategy was successfully deployed without significant blocks CITATION Lev04 l 1033 (Levine, 2004). Deployment of Family welfare assistants and a wide range of contraceptive methods were the primary methods which were successfully implemented.
The management of the project was effective.
Weaknesses
Launching of the contraceptive methods was inappropriately done therefore increasing death rates CITATION Lev04 l 1033 (Levine, 2004). There were no measures to monitor the detrimental effects of an increase in the use of the contraceptives
The percentage of expected results is decreasing instead of remaining constant or improving. The slowed decrease in fertility indicates a future reversal of all the effect of the project
An absolute solution has not been identified yet.
Opportunities
The best outreach strategy need to be identified therefore there in need of trying more approaches
The ‘unmet need’ of the population who are yet to accept the use of contraceptives and need to regulate the family size and spacing. The remaining 30% of women who are not using contraceptives even after the deployment of the project need to be identified and the best strategy I identified to reach them out CITATION Dar13 l 1033 (Darroch, 2013).

Changing trends in people’s exposure and easy access to information through the internet may need an adjustment from Family awareness agent to more web-friendly methods.
Change in family perception about family size and spacing may make it needful to objectives of the objectives.
Threats
There are no regulatory measures or a set standard for the minimal fertility. This could mean that the program could completely reduce fertility rate there no new births I the country. This is a threat to the existence of human beings.
The high cost of outreach could reduce the efficiency of the program therefore not realizing its fundamental objectives.
