A lead teacher is an experienced educator whose primary duty is to works with other teachers, parents, and administrators to help students and teachers to have productive school experience. They must support new teachers and those who are dealing with a large number of students. Apart from their well-elevated degrees lead teachers are well known for their outstanding experience with students and how the schools are run. For a person to qualify as a lead teacher, they must have certain character traits.
Integrity is an important character trait of a lead teacher. Such means that you do not act one way in one situation and another move in a different position. A lead teacher should be honest and have strong moral principles. Such helps the teacher to build trust with their students and fellow teachers. Another character trait is honesty. It is said that morality is the best policy, especially for great leaders. If a leader is dishonest, they end up destroying the trust of their followers. Lead teachers should be honest in their dealings with students and the other teachers.
According to Bredfeldt, a great leader should embrace bible teachings. He gives few examples from the bible to back up this argument. One of the characters in the Bible who was a good leader is mosses, but the only thing he passed down was his teachings. David was also a musician and a great warrior but he his remembered for his psalms. It shows that a great leader should a good teacher.

Biblically, a good leader should have a vision. Jesus attacked the petty and small-minded religious leaders. As a lead teacher, it is good to have a view; you should set goals for both the students and educators. Therefore, a good lead teacher plays an essential role in the school. They help to develop an appropriate program for the student and weekly lesson plans, activities and class setups. They also work closely with parents to solve any problem that arises. Such helps to bring out the best in both teachers and students.
