The primary role of a coach is to head a coach to the success of the team he or she is leading. To effectively carry out this role, coaches should ensure that they target the progress of the players. Sometime, egoistic players may exist, and this may cause a dilemma on how to handle them. As a coach, you should learn how to address such a dilemma.

Coaches must ensure they regulate the conduct of their players. To effectively handle this knowledge of adequate communication channels is vital for a coach. It is essential to get some knowledge of how to communicate with your primary audience. A coach must lean the communication needs of the students and learn what affects their psychology. Leaning on the psychological state of the people within the age gap of your team is essential for the coach.
Whenever a student exhibits egoistic behavior, you should not, as a coach, command them to take your orders. Instead, try to interrogate the reason as to why this particular person shows that behavior.
