Computers are very important in our lives. All the versions of Windows since the introduction of Windows Vista help to implement the user access control. In essence, whenever we run an application on the computer such as clicking on a new program, preventing malware from mangling, then all applications run as a limited user on the system. That was not the case with the earlier versions of Windows. If I was logged in as an administrator, for example, Windows XP system, and I launched an application, it will run with administrator-level privileges. Be aware of the following facts about managing applications. Users who are members of the Administrators’ group can install applications. However, it becomes risky if there are many administrators as there is a high possibility that the information will be accessed by different people. Any application needs first to be checked by the main administrator before it is installed. Therefore, it is very important to make sure that all computers are safe. Access control in computers is very important. It makes sure that the computer is always safe. With so many application and different users, it is good to install a Linux software that will ensure that the computer is safe from any person who might log in and access any document. Many applications as they run create data files such as documents and video files and might also require creating temporary files.

An administrator is supposed to be aware of the licensing models in case a problem is supposed to be fixed. The user must have sufficient permission to the directories where the data and temporary files are created otherwise; this can create a virus on the computer.
