There are benefits which come along with ethical behaviors. One is by maintaining customer loyalty. Customers require, confidentiality, honesty, and truth from a company, if u cheat a customer there is a likelihood of losing them. The company also retains employees because of the compensation that they get. A company which follows ethical principles also avoid legal problems like legal fines and expenses (Sims and Ronaldo 504). For instance, when caught doing illegal businesses those are the consequences which follow and this the management might lose a lot of money. Ethical behavior thus creates a positive working environment for both the company and management. There are also challenges of ethical behavior in the organization are conflicts that are faced by founders during its formation like disagreements in the business structure, the problem or recruiting and selecting employees who comply with the morals of the organization an compliance of laws. Some laws have so many restrictions which a company finds it hard to comply while other laws keep on changing. Therefore, management should keep high standards of behavior by employing qualified, skilled employees who grasp the morals of the company (Sims and Ronaldo 512).
