Crime and social violence have become a problem that generates concern. In Mexico, more precisely, crime is among the main problems of the country where violence is manifested in robberies, assaults, kidnappings, and what is more serious, in murders that every day destroy human lives and fill with pain to pain to pain tofamilies and whole society. In case it was not enough, the impunity and lack of participation of citizens, they do not strengthen the situation.
