Health System Analysis
Having a program that varies by the state may present various benefits and challenges. There are various factors that should be taken into consideration while trying to determine which system would be better. Some of these factors include the average income of each state, the presence of private-public partnerships, and harmony of health policies. This paper will discuss the importance of having a uniform health system compared to one that varies from state to state. It will also highlight some of the drawbacks in having a universal health system.
A uniform system would be more beneficial than one that varies between states. One of the main benefits includes the easy access to healthcare services regardless of location. The approach ensures that any person who intends to get medical services can visit any healthcare center with the same insurance plan. A uniform healthcare is supported by the harmonization of healthcare policies in all states. It requires that state legislators work together to ensure there is homogeneousness of the policies from state to state to ensure flexibility of healthcare service providers and seekers (Afifi et al., 2013).
The management of a uniform healthcare system is much easier than one which differs in different states. The presence of private-public partnerships is also essential for providing the opportunity for easy management. The federal government can partner with private healthcare service and insurance providers to implement an efficient system that is easily monitored and continuously improved to meet the needs of the citizens (Goldsteen, 2017).

Additionally, an efficient system ensures that fewer funds are set aside for management purposes.
Another benefit of a uniform healthcare system is the ability to avoid exploitation by healthcare service providers. The existence of different policies and costs for healthcare services and insurance would attract the existence of ill-motive companies that may exploit individuals (Babar, 2017). A uniform healthcare system allows a set of guidelines adopted in the different states which curbs the occurrence of companies that seek to exploits citizens. Further, such a structure also ensures that non-profit organizations and private companies align their policies to support the universal healthcare system.
The average income of individuals in the countries plays an essential role in determining the feasibility of having a universal health system. Currently, there is still a significant challenge in the income of people living in populated regions such as New York, Dallas, Los Angeles, and Chicago. The people living in these regions earn more for similar jobs than those living in less populated areas such as St Augustine and Galena (Niles, 2016). The implementation of uniform healthcare would prove to be challenging in such an environment. In such an instance, a healthcare system that differs in these states would be better (OECD Publishing, 2010). 
In conclusion, a uniform system offers ease of access to healthcare services. Further, the system is much easier to manage and prevents the occurrence of exploitation from certain companies. One of the major drawbacks of a uniform healthcare system is the difference in the income of certain states which may make healthcare service delivery difficult. The uniform system presents more benefits to individuals as well as the government. It is important for government agencies and private companies to discuss the challenges of a uniform and present recommendations that may address some of the problems identified.
