Discussion on Job Search Issues
The concerns of job search issues are the common idea presented in all the four articles. For example, the first article presents the secret meaning related to the four common interview questions. The article emphasizes the otherwise cliché questions, but there are reasons most recruiters continue to ask them (Bellis 1). The second article presents an explanation for recruiters on what most resumes contain in common. In essence, job seekers often make five common mistakes and therefore ought to get concerned about being specific and less about sounding impressive.
The third article reveals the exact way to save and format the resume including the fonts to avoid and those to be used, ways to title a file among others. The last article indicates the way the LinkedIn profile provides a lot of skills. In essence, a job seeker could do numerous things which are great although they just want the recruiters found on LinkedIn to discover them based on their most competitive skills. In my view, the entire articles are important with useful information to someone seeking a job placement. However, I find the first article on the secret meaning behind the most popular interview questions to be the most useful of all.
Most recruiters value interviews and often ask four common questions. First, an interviewee ought to understand more about themselves and the response should include ways to get people comfortable.

Second things that attract one to the position and the trick are to provide an understanding of what the job entails and the reason to like it (Bellis 1). Third is on where an applicant needs to find themselves in five years and the response should include the career aspirations that are realistic. Fourth is the ability to inform of a recent failure and the response should be based on honesty because it measures self-awareness. In a nutshell, the resume and the LinkedIn profile plays a great role but the interview carries the day during recruitment.
