The healthcare system in the United States really requires some attention. An evaluation process carried out recently shows that the quality of service delivered to the low-income earners has been compromised off late. Financing the same is becoming a burden to those who are not employed because the available insurance covers are too expensive. The existing healthcare system is not sustainable because it is not catering to the poor. Its management by the private sector has contributed to this challenges. Therefore, the government through the health ministry needs to come in to save the citizens from the health risk, also the future of the national success will be determined by a positive reformation of the healthcare department (Obama, 2016).
Healthcare reform has been a topic of discussion in the United States over several years. The majority believe that the existing system is broken and not able to serve people well. Healthcare system reform will involve evaluation and changing how the system works to make more effective and beneficial to all Americans. The United States healthcare system is managed by the private sector and not the government. Consequently, the reforms cannot be implemented at once, the process will take time since the reforms are done in faces. Among the issues in the healthcare sector that prompted the need to do the reforms are:
1. The quality and cost of healthcare services through the reforms the United States want to develop an improved health care system that functions efficiently without necessarily having to cost much.

2.Accessibility to healthcare services. In order to make health care services accessible to everybody, the reforms will see that fair prices are established to enable all people to buy themselves health insurance covers at an affordable rate.
3. The practices of health care and related systems. The citizens of the United States want to see reformed systems whereby healthcare providers undergo continuous training to equip them with the necessary knowledge to handle the patients. Only professionals should be engaged in the provision of healthcare services at all health facilities may it be public or private facilities (Obama, 2016).
