In a social state of law such as Colombia it can be thought that the power emanating from its organic structure, determined by the sovereignty of the people and delivered to its rulers through a social contract is today an illusion. It is worth asking if the power of the State is at the service of a few, and its coercion power falls on those who are victims of social inequality. If the constructed institutions have failed those who must serve because the administration of the same is in the hands of a privileged sector that only delves into the bureaucracies and imparts from the technocracy measures that affect the development and services of these.

Variety of budgets that inquire about the capacity of our political, social, economic and cultural system that put on the magnifying glass the construction of our legal system and the government system that should invite us to reflect and clarify whether in the background everything is aboutA great theater of the absurd directed by a small bourgeois fraction transformed into aristocracy that has been invested with legitimation to govern. Or on the contrary if the conspiracy is an ephemeral fantasy and the power of these elites is based on our laziness for our destiny.

If we travel the history of Western society, the ancient age was a period of great political, economic, cultural, philosophical, artistic and evolutionary growth of man. Great thinkers emerged that today seem to have deciphered the chimera of the composition of man and the problems that have to accompany him for the rest of his days on the face of the earth.

But like our current Colombia they faced problems of deep political crisis. The answer was an alida political doctrine that had its boom over the half of the fourth century to. E in Plato’s figures (428-347 to. and.) And of course Aristotle (384-323).

The power to these men translates into the good form of government and is synonymous with politics but in this case the power was of all emanating from the sum of all the individualities that participated in the exercise of their rights as citizens, which togetherThey made the crucial decisions for the Athenians, but it does not mean that it was the only way of power that could occur.

It is well known that Plato condemns democracy in an irreversible judgment that can be understood in a given context, since the greatest error of this form of government is its translation into a regime without constitution, without a true form of union or rather a uniontemporary and weak that translates into a social collapse due to lack of form. She is conceived as a quadre constitution because there is precisely one that is firm and recognized.

For Plato, a true constitution does not originate in the spill of blood, nor the excessive sample of force that translates into the imposition of the will of one group on another group. Because that kind of struggle that translates into the winning power can only lead to failure. It is precisely evident that conception of power in the hands of a group prepared to assume that they are at the service of good governance and its citizens, with the obvious mediation among citizens, and the binding budget established by the Constitution and the myth of Patrios Politeia.

Aristotle takes up that conception left by his teacher and even deepens his visualization by applying it to any form of government as long as that imposition power over others is not corrupted. The forms of governments are fair and legitimate: the monarchy, the aristocracy (the government of the few) and democracy (the people of the people). The problem lies in the degeneration of these forms of government or the deformation of power, because with this the king is transformed into a tyrant, the nobility into oligarchic, democracy in demagogy in demagogy.

What causes the degeneration of the form of government? The particular and certain interests of the commercialization that are brought to good governing and do not face the needs generated by socio-economic changes.

The dilemma consists, whether the elite governs using value, ethics and morals, always seeking to be an arbitrator and mediator of the conflicts raised, with sufficient leadership and sufficient autonomy to make the right decisions or will use the power to feedyour personal interests or those of power groups that surround the social order.

Particularly Colombia has been the victim of violence and death because we have suffered terror at the hands of groups outside the law, but not only that, we have witnessed the state terrorism applied by the power elites that the Government controls against theColombian people oriented to establish fear and terror.

Therefore it is impossible to say that this power emanating from the State is an illusion, because it is too real and many victims have been charged, however, what we can affirm as illusion is the power emanating from the sovereignty of the people, because as Pareto saysIt is not the people who choose, it is the ruler who is chosen. In the face of the phenomenon of electoral suffrage, it is the reality that Colombian elites through the purchase of votes control the elections.

We enter fully into the conspiracy of the elites, of those power groups that control legitimate power and use society to impose their plans and ideals. Which labole classified as real power factors that are an active and effective force that permeates laws and legal order.

In Colombia we can classify them as follows:

1. The Creole aristocracy: those elite groups that come from families of Abolengo and tradition that inherit the vast and wide capital of their ancestors based on medieval feudalism, landowners who profit from the exploitation of their lands or their income, thewhich produces great purchasing capacity, which they use to influence politics and even venture into it because many are elected as rulers following this tradition of generation to generation to generation.

The question is what would happen if the elites with the government in their pocket decided to eliminate the political rights of the little bourgeoisie, the working class and peasant?

I think not much because the story is witnessing the many times that elections have been stolen in Latin American countries. But if it were the rights of freedom, which would return us to the times of slavery, I believe that the small bourgeois, workers and peasant class would launch into the streets without fear of dying.

But what happens if a super-virus threatens humanity? It is transformed into pandemic and quickly obtains worldwide coverage by all media, registering day by day in each country the number of infected and deaths produced. Well, in silence and with resignation we accept the resignation of our freedom because we prefer life to death. Without gutting or protesting, we protect ourselves in the face of media fear and the danger of infecting ourselves.

For many, work stops, because informality in Colombia reaches 45% but the rest, thanks to technological development, continues its work, without recreation or recreation, rather than television and streaming applications to which it can join.

Are we really so innocent to think that everything is a coincidence? Are we really so naive to believe that the virus emerged from nothing?
