The success of a company or organization mainly depends on how it is managed and the kind of leadership of that it has. Even though most of the activities are conducted by the stakeholders, it is the management that gives the directives to the stakeholders on what to do and when to do it (Saeed, 2012, 53). The management looks for the best strategy to apply so that the organization can out-compete its competitors in the market in an appropriate manner. The leaders and the management are the individuals who look for the best stakeholders to work in the firm to bring better profit for the organization at large (Shahzadi and Qamar, 2017, 5). The management is also responsible for the choice of leaders to lead the organization. For instance, the management in the emirate airline chose a focus and strategy oriented leaders to push the firm forward concerning the development and services that it offers.
On the other hand, the management decides when to motivate the stakeholders to provide quality service to the firm. They are also the one concerned about the cultural diversity, especially when choosing the employees or the stakeholders of the organization since the emirate airline deals with clients from different cultures in every continent around the world (Saeed, 2012, 10). It is also the management that decides on how the funds should be used in the in the organization and how to distribute the funds.

The management of the organization also deals with the planning and the use of the yearly budget of the organization. Finally, the management of an organization does follow-ups with the clients on the service that is offered to them by the organization, and if there is any improvement that can be done to meet or satisfy the clients’ needs, then they take appropriate actions towards the improvement (Thefirstgroup.com, 2016, np).
