INTRODUCTION

First we must have a clear idea about what is project management?, There are several definitions of what is project management;But we are left with a clear and easy to remember, is to integrate the components or ideas that we have of a project and achieve a goal, of course we must also follow a series of steps and above all it is important because it guarantees us that the project iswell done, providing that our project for which it took research time validity in front of a proposal that interests us.

As long as taking into account the limitations of any project such as time, cost and the most important thing to bring the project afloat.

After this introduction we now focus on project management according to the PMBOK;Before that we first have to know that the PMBOK is a type of guide developed by the PMI in which it shows us guidelines to be able to carry out a good project, this guide is structurally developed according to the areas of knowledge and not to the realizationof a project.

Thanks to this guide that is actually a base, it will allow us adequate management of any project that we set out. Some will ask about what a project is and what we should know is that it is a type of temporary effort that aims to create something new;That is, a product or result through a series of steps and keys, the most important would be the success of the project, in the video it defines it when all the requirements set forth above, within the indicated period and above all adjust ourselvesto the desired budget;When getting these three keys, now it can be said that the project was successful .

But like any project as it has keys to floating the project, it also has factors that influence the failure of a project such as not choosing well what we want from the project;That is, not having a clear idea, not knowing for those who are oriented, lack of planning, resources either economic or any other type.

In my opinion the main factor of failure to a project is not having a good leader and not having a good planning.
