Civil disobedience is the refusal to obey or heed to the commands of authority without resulting in violence. Its purpose is to force concessions from the government. Examples of civil disobedience are the peaceful protests held in various countries around the world.
Psychological distance is the perception of when an event happens, whether it occurs, where, and to whom it occurs. For instance, when pointing a cool item to a person, it is common to stand next to them and put your arm around their shoulder.
Logotherapy is the idea that people are usually in search for meaning which signifies that the purpose for life is the most significant issue in their minds while the most significant stressor is the psyches. An example of logotherapy is the obsessive-compulsive disorder that leads to lack of sense of completion.

Leadership is an embedding mechanism for ethical culture since it emphasizes the need to reinforce various issues through interventions and support to do the right thing. On the other hand, the government is also an embedding mechanism of ethical culture since it is expected to contribute the society’s well being.

“Operationalizing” ethics is an essential aspect of business performance where ethical standards entail providing guidance on rules. The document also states that the internal management of an organization has a close relationship with the executives’ perception regarding the value of the enterprise and the codes of ethics.

The three critical components of wealth include the creation of natural capital which entails consuming less natural resources while reducing pressure on the environment. The other aspect is the creation of economic capital is the reintegration of financial resources into the real sector to create wealth comprehensively (Enderle 6). The last component is the creation of social capital which entails extending trust in interpersonal relations through honest business engagements.
