What can be taken from the experience to apply to your immediate and future professional efforts?
Previous life events and experiences are crucial to each person’s future careers and professions. I gained knowledge on different aspects used in the blood donations, and the procedures followed. For instance, the donors go through a series of activities to ensure that the blood donated contain the required elements and met the set standards. With the experience in the above fields, I will be able to perform flawlessly in my future professions. Also, getting a place to work requires extensive knowledge in that specific field which I will readily have to show and secure a post.
3 most and the 3 least favorite aspects of the profession
The three most favorable aspects of the profession include the real-world experience where one can obtain skills required in an actual way. It helps one in setting up his or her career foundation which will be a lifetime source of income. Also, it facilitates in networking where one attends different events which provide a broader view of the available opportunities. The three least favorable aspects are that the profession is profitable only to people who are well prepared. Another issue is that students do not learn important job seeking skills which should happen in the schools.
Do you feel the observation/shadowing experience validates your career choice?
The shadowing experience favors my career even though some aspects are not favorable but plays an insignificant role as those set to get the job still make it.

Wait! Evaluation and Reflection paper is just an example!

Making career decisions relies on many factors both from my personal preferences and also from the experience obtained from various activities that took place in the course of learning. Some of the things that I could consider in addition to the knowledge are the benefits such as monetary, happiness or comfortability and the tradeoffs that come about when one gets into a career (Larssen, 2018).
