The Key Partner: Judy Muenchow
Judy Muenchow is the Executive Director of Colorado State University Recreation Centre; she has been in the recreation department for thirteen solid years. She serves to create a liaison between the recreation and the department of the student’s affairs. According to Colorado State University Campus Reaction (2015), Judy has lived with her childhood dream of being a teacher all the way from her kid life in Horicon, Wisconsin.
Judy did her Physical Education in her undergraduate, which qualified her to be teaching K-12 Physical Education at the middle school. She learned and developed experience in physical education, but she felt it was not in her in to teach middle school children. This experience made Judy enroll for Masters Degree in Health and Physical Education in Wisconsin University-Madison. After completion of her Masters level, Judy secured a job at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in the recreation department. Even after receiving her Ph.D. from the University of Wyoming, she continued working there as a Director for Recreation office. Judy Muenchow joined CSU in 2001, to meet the challenge she had to accomplish in her life. (CSU Campus Reaction 2015).
Muenchow has deep enthusiasm working in college; she sites that working and seeing students developing and reforming makes her days the best days. She is also a long-life runner, and she values reading so much. On contacting Muenchow, we agreed that she would see the team of my community action implement all the workable plan at her capacity.

Muenchow requested for the strategies and commented they are realistic and achievable. She further closed out the interview by asking for a meeting in person to discuss in details the plan. Due to her limited time and a busy schedule, a phone interview was not the effective way to discuss the plan (Eddy 2011).
