The model of the five greats, as the name implies, is based on five key factors or dimensions of personality, being used to determine what percentage of them is present in each person.

This dimension of the scale of the five great A, refers to the trend that an individual has to give in to other people. Human beings with a high degree of affability or cordiality tend to be cooperative and transmit to other people a high degree of warmth and trust. People who obtain a low score in this dimension of personality tend to show themselves to the world as cold, unpleasant and have a remarkable tendency to establish plagued hostility relationships with others.
