Today, many families are struggling to acquire money for food, quality education for their kids or even secure a good job. This has forced many parents to work in more than three jobs in one single day. In poverty conditions, there is no clear definition of survival and success. According to Matt black a popular photographer, the rate of poverty varies from one city to another. It is also noted that people with low income are residing far away from the cities. Additionally, 45 million of the entire American population is poor. For example, it has been noted a significant number of people are working for a minimum income of 11670 dollars per year. Furthermore, individuals who receive 50% of food stamps are the working poor in the society. The poverty rate for Hispanics people is 23.5% while for the African American is almost 27%. This is the statistic for people who are found below the poverty line. These data found in the article can be used to enforce the nature of the problem in question. The statistical information is used as evidence to show the nature of rising poverty rate. The fact being expressed is that poverty, unemployment, and the high live standard is increasing in this country and the government is required to do something to solve the situation.
