The relationship that may exist between a group of collaborators who work in the same place is of the utmost importance since this depends on productivity and harmony within the company. This experiment is about implementing the theory of scientific administration in a company. This was done in this way: the first group of collaborators underwent lighting changes, let them work with the environmental lighting itself, the results were not expected. But at the time of improving lighting conditions, productivity increases, but the same effect did not emerge in all collaborators. In this first study he found that psychological conditions affect productivity, the greater the lighting, the greater the productivity, at lower lighting, lower productivity. Reaching the conclusion that if the environment is changed, relations between each of the collaborators will be considerably improved, but the general environment of the workplace is nothing more than one of the interaction factors that influence productivity . If we rely on our real life, to be more specific in my work area, I consider that the environment does influence each of us to be more productive, both in lighting, the temperature, if our desk is comfortable, likewiseIf our work tools work perfectly, and I will also take into account if our uniform is according to the tasks we do. Ideally, the collaborator feels comfortable in every way since a working day is formed between 8 hours or more, and it should be expected that it will be productive in its entirety in the day.
Wait! Hawthorne Studies, Elton Mayo paper is just an example!
Continuing, the second group of collaborators, were subjected to: salaries increases;including within the working hours rest periods with a given period; The day and the work week was diminished the researchers took the role of supervisors, which allowed collaborators to choose their rest periods and comment on other proposed changes. Again the results were not expected, with this study they concluded that collaborators will put more effort and interest in their work, if they perceive that management is interested in their well -being and that their supervisors pay special attention to them. This phenomenon later received the effect of Hawthorne.
If we want our team to remain excited, motivated, happy, with a feeling of belonging and especially with the desire to continue giving their best every day, you must work permanently in this leadership. We should not create that feeling that collaborators are being supervised or monitored in their assigned tasks, this will not give positive results since they can feel uncomfortable or even harassed, also considering employees who seek self-management, you have to put emphasis onthat the key is in trust and leadership. A work team is united by trust, each of them is responsible for their tasks and that will make each one with care and effort to achieve the objectives that the organization has as a goal.
