The implementations of the Health Delivery System competency require consideration of several factors to be put in place. These factors include the combination of the know-how of the organization with that of the system so that the delivery system can bring improvement in the healthcare regarding the profit made as well as the time taken to carry out the medication process (Johnson, Miller & Horowitz, 2017). The Health Delivery System should conform to the existing way in which the activities were done in the clinical setting. Similarly, the incorporation of the two systems will make it easier for the employees in the clinical setting to get used to the new delivery system.
The other way in which the Health Delivery System can be implemented is through the building a positive relationship in the clinical setting to positively affect the healthcare. The positive relationship can be built by providing the employees with the appropriate instructions and precautions to follow when using the Health Delivery System (“What are the NP Core Competencies?”, 2018). Some of the precautions that need to be applied include the privacy of the pieces of information of the patients undergoing treats and also the disclosure of the security codes and passwords to an unintended person who can destroy the information especially the individuals who have ill motives to the healthcare. In addition to that, the health delivery system should work in such a way that it improves the culturally competent care among the people who are undergoing medication in the healthcare (Abbatacola, Aragon & Auguston, 2015).

In the Health Delivery System, however, there should be a minimized risk exposure to the patients and also to the health providers such as the nurses, doctors and other healthcare specialists. There should be an analysis of the Health Delivery System on the ways in which it can endanger the lives of the patients and also that of the physicians using the system to offer the medical services. There is also a need to have the great scrutiny of the system on the stakeholders (Abbatacola, Aragon & Auguston, 2015). This will enable the management to maintain a good relationship with stakeholders they are working with in terms of their financial details and information. On the other hand, the impact that the Health Delivery System might bring to the stakeholders must be reviewed in details; for instance, the profit or losses that the stakeholders are likely to encounter when the system is introduced as well as the changes that will occur in the clinical setting such as the increase in the number of employees to work with when the new system is put in place.
Whenever there is an implementation of a new system in the healthcare setting, there must be a consideration of the allocation of the resources for example the amount that should be given to the previous system and that which should be allocated to the new system (“What are the NP Core Competencies?”, 2018). This will help to spread the risk in case the new system fails to work as intended. On the same note, the implementation of the Health Delivery System should major on the improvement work output in the clinical setting with the help of other employees in the healthcare (Johnson, Miller & Horowitz, 2017). This can be achieved by making sure that all the employees in the healthcare setting are well acquainted with the application of the new system introduced and how it works.
