Dear Admissions,

I wish to apply for the Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology – I/O Personnel and Human Resources M.A. at your college. I believe this program will be a solid step towards the achievement of my professional goals in Human Resource Management (HRM). I have gone through the course outline in detail, and I found a solid parity between what it offers and my background in Human Resource Management. After looking at the similar programs offered at other educational institutions, I have chosen to apply here because of its outstanding reviews from the former graduates and its overall stellar reputation in the industry. Besides, I was very impressed by the wide-ranging courses taught in this program covering all the important aspects of the psychological aspects of HRM in an organization. They perfectly suit my ambition to further my career in HRM.

I have had a long and successful career in HRM. Now, I want to give an international exposure to my education and professional career by going to Brooklyn College for finishing the Industrial and Organizational (I/O) Psychology – I/O Personnel and Human Resources M.A. My real life work experience has trained me well how to effectively deal with different HRM related issues while staying on course at the same time to achieve my goals and performing my professional duties efficiently.
