Introduction
Health insurance providers under the health care laws are subjected to standard professional choices to consumer cover. The statute thus provides the accountability mechanisms to every insurance company whereas these companies have their regulations implemented at its operations. For instance, the Affordable Care Act law basis in the United States of America was to expand health coverage across the American citizens (Duggan, Goda & Jackson, 2017). Precisely, small business was subject to undertake a health insurance cover to its employee at a reduced premium rate.
