The topic to be treated is of great importance for each person because the knowledge of that can serve to prevent accidents or know how to act in a risk situation. Before within the educational institutions they were not suitable in ordering knowledge about risk management. Ecuador has had a series of disaster events that has led the country to be constant about learning prevention and action measures before an emergency.
