In TED Talk, Grandin gives his explanations for the need for different types of cognition and provide the personal view in the mind of someone living with Autism. The insight on autism is gained mainly by stroking the animal hair. For instance, she talks about how can easily turn to watch any of the frontier loader picking across the field. The mention of a co is a photorealistic picture of various cows flashing through her head. The ability of such people to see pictures and a sense of things which she spoke about. From that time then, Autism has remained the main topic in defining her existence. However, she has led incredible things throughout her research on autism.
In accommodating students with all kinds of minds are valued, it is essential to understand how they learn. Children with autism do not learn like others (Grandin, min 11). Thus they need to get special accommodations. Many of the students with autism learn visually.
