CC Music is a music based entity owned by former music teachers and band musicians. Chris and Clive operate a simple partnership business model which deals with music productions band services musical events and concerts for live performance and entertainment. Some of the activities and services dominating their business include; Studio work, participating in Television and Radio programs, managing all booking arrangements and Playing at parties and other events. Chris and Clive rely on the website as the business means of publicity and marketing. The business is looking forward to expanding and partner with upcoming band members to reach out to some of their concerts at a fee.
The primary business owners perform administrative duties and functions besides playing in the band. This provision reduces target customers who would have been reached if management would be separated from field operations. The report suggests that CC should invest in systems that will help in automation persistent duties.
This report also proposes a new model of operation; the team should overcome managerial and overbooking issues through employing technology that assists management of clients. The system can be accessed through mobile phone and will automatically manage bookings to make sure that events do not collide.

The plan is likely to work where the number of clientele is minimal.
