• As far as the project is concerned, this week I had expected to identify different levels of decision making in project management.
• I expected to identify the different forms of information which can be solved by information systems.
• I expected to identify the decision structure as well as the information characteristics which are relevant to projects.
• To understand the effective information system which is when employed in a project and yield positive results.
This Week’s Accomplishments
• Identification of the various components as well as the use of data resources, people, hardware, policies, software, and procedure in projects (Ghaffarzadeh, 2015).
• Comprehension of information systems and how it is used to collect data, manipulate it, store it and transmit it to different users.
• Understanding the various areas such as operational issues, strategic issues marketing, and other issues where information system is used to make decisions.
Issues that have arisen
• The use of information to manage organizations by making rational decisions which are beneficial to the various projects.
• The effectiveness of information systems is based on the status of the business environment.
The Needed Help
• The organization to employ a team of experts which can be used to conduct objective business research.

• The findings of this research can be used to help create a conducive business environment which favors rational decision making.
Expectations
• I expect to understand the process by which information system speeds up the retrieval of information (Ada & Ghaffarzadeh, 2015).
• To learn how to understand how the systems manipulate both external as well as internal data to retrieve valid results which help in project’s decision making.
• To learn how information systems help to inter prate decisions as well as their implications for the projects.
