Literacy Solution on Overworking of Workers
In a fiction company x, workers have to work on a schedule of about 12 hours a day. The working shift starts at around 6:00 am to 6:00 pm and starts from Monday to Friday. This has been the trend of the company for about three years now. In the recent past workers have complained about the working schedule being unfair to them. They have complained to the human resource manager about the schedule. The company has also noted that drop in productivity within those three years.
The issue of overworking the worker is a well-documented topic. In a research carried out in Japan as a way of implementing reform in the labor market. It focused on the number of working hours and improvement of the working condition of workers including the level of payment. It recommended a limit of working hours to a limit on overtime of 100hrs a month (Morikawa &Masayuki 4). The unpredictable working subject was also a key issue in their reforms.
When an organization solves any issue that affects the working force, productivity is likely to raise. The morale among workers plays a crucial role in determining the level of productivity a company experiences (Cristina 284). Human resource manager should ensure that the working force is not overworked. Though they may work fewer hours a day, their level of productivity tends to be higher. In the end, both the organization and workers end up being better off.

Wait! Introduction: Connecting Your Learning paper is just an example!

The fictions company should structure a working schedule where workers only work for not more than eight hours a day. There should be at least two short breaks within this period.
Revising the existing working schedule is the solution to workers complaining of being overworked. Revision of working schedule should include consultation of workers. A healthy working schedule, should not subject workers to a working program of more than eight hours a day. The recommended schedule should have at least two breaks within the working hours.
