The use of these agrochemicals generates great controversy with respect to whether their side effects are harmful or not for the environment. Without entering this discussion, there is a real environmental impact, which is the generation of phytosanitary waste. These waste need adequate treatment, in which all the necessary processes are carried out from the point of origin to their final disposal, taking into account the remnant of product in the containers, the possible reuse of them, through normalized procedures, and/or its total destruction.

In Argentina, the incorporation of technology applied to crops began to generalize from 1990, since then both technology and its application has evolved. However, with the growth of demand, waste generation has also grown, as well as the need to establish policies and procedures aimed at mitigating the environmental impact and correct disposition of them

General objective

Design a reverse logistics operation of the empty containers of phytosanitary products marketed by the company in the province of Buenos Aires, which feeds the traceability system of the same, being able to monitor the packaging from its origin to its final disposal.

Based on this design, this research work raises actions and suggestions to have total control over the distribution process and especially in the destination of the containers after their use.

Specific objectives

Identify and analyze the demand satisfied by the company, thus obtaining the amount of dispatched containers and delivered in the province of Buenos Aires. On the other hand, the data of the volumes operated by the establishments authorized for this purpose will be relieved, and the satisfied demand and the amount of containers that were arranged correctly can be contrasted, complying with the current legislation.

Design a comprehensive distribution service, providing added value to the process, including the collection of empty containers of phytosanitary products to be transferred to the establishment arranged by law, establishing with the client a communication channel for obtaining information on compliance with compliance with the fulfillCycle of packaging and guaranteeing the traceability of marketed products.

This work will be a descriptive and exploratory research study, since it will analyze how the phenomenon develops and will serve to become familiar with the management of a relatively new problem (Sampieri, 2006).

Therefore, the current legislation on the management of phytosanitary containers will be taken as a basis (Law 27.279) To develop the concepts concerning said management, which will act as tools to describe the procedures used today and their relationship with logistics, detaching from this analysis the circuit or life cycle of the container.

To evaluate the magnitude of the problem, the data of the periods 2 will be taken as a reference.017 and 2.018, comparing the demand satisfied by the analyzed company and the volumes operated through the authorized agencies for the management of empty containers of phytosanitary products, using quantitative data as a support for analysis of the evolution of empty packagingof phytosanitary products.

Based on the specific bibliography on the subject, concepts of reverse logistics will be presented, as a central axis of this research work, and which will act as a trigger for other concepts of processes that are part or integrate and make possible the reverse logistics.

Finally, the incorporation of an inverse logistics applied to the empty containers of phytosanitary products marketed by the analyzed company, which serves to strengthen the traceability of the product, from the origin of the same to the final disposal of the empty container, citing the elements or elements, citing the elements orTools that allow the monitoring of the different states in the "product life".
