Possible Location for the Job shadowing
For this Job shadowing program, we settled on the Panafric Highlands Hotel. The hotel is at a convenient and easily accessible location, which will enable our members to get there quickly. Furthermore, this program is to be fundamental to beginners in some ways as we shall establish their expectations on the Job offerings among other aspects.
Date and Time for the Job Shadowing
After extensive consultations, it was agreed that the Job shadowing program should be held for two days, on a location mentioned before. The first program shall be held on 15th March, and all registered members are expected to be in attendance. The second schedule shall run on the 16th March 2017. Also, all members are supposed to be in attendance. Furthermore, the committees agreed for two back updates, 17th, and 18th March respectively.

The Appropriate Dress
Members are encouraged to wear a business casual attire. Such includes Khakis, buttoned shirts, Close-toed shoes, loafers, and dress pants among others. For women, this can consist of long skirts and dresses, modal blouses and flat shoes. Jeans, T-shirts, Short skirts, and slippers are not allowed.
How to Ensure Time Management
Before any job shadowing, it is essential to plan for the attire to be worn and place it at a convenient location. Furthermore, transport mechanisms and the best routes possible should also be established (Reille et al, 81).
Sharing the Resume
E-mails, social media tools, websites and other forms of electronic media are of many conveniences when sharing a job shadowing resume.
Development of the Thank You Card Plan
A thank you note plan helps us to appreciate and maintain the relationship with the helpful individuals. The note shall include the mention of the persons, or teams that facilitated and played a role in the Job Shadowing program.
Development of the Photo plan
I have developed a photo plan and will be used mostly at the end of the sessions.
Note taking plan
A job shadowing program needs documentation of crucial aspects, seeing the need for a note taking plan. A notebook and a pen are the critical note-taking tools that I am going to use for the same.

Having the Resume Ready and Sharing It with a Mentor
Such is an essential aspect that ensures that the mentor is fully aware of the progress and experiences that I have encountered during the Job shadowing program. This resume contains the relevant data that might be needed by the mentor.
