Many organizations depend on a fixed structure, where the leader is established by a position in senior management. However, leadership includes many other aspects beyond a managerial position. Leadership and being a leader is a process that emphasizes social interaction and the relationship between followers and operational objectives. Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to achieve a goal and directs the organization in a way that makes it more consistent. In this process, the individual influences a group of people to achieve a common goal. Leaders carry out this process by applying their leadership knowledge and skills. Leadership is where skills and knowledge are learned and developed. The leader can be influenced by his attributes or features, whether:

Leadership has nothing to do with an antiquity or position of one in the company. Too many talk about the leadership of a company in reference to the high management of the organization. However, leadership does not happen automatically when you reach a certain degree of payment. “Leadership derives from the positive influence on the group, not from authority or power. There are many styles and many paths for effective leadership ”(Kruse, 2013). According to John Maxwell (2020), "To succeed, one must be a leader in his organizations, regardless of his position, and influence influencers". Many people can assume that they are leaders, however, it is their results and actions who determine their degree of efficiency. For many years, large administrators have formed, but they have not achieved organizational success. Two of the most important business names in the administrative world, Steve Jobs and Bill Gates, offer a unique but different set of leadership skills.
