Abstract
The task for this job involved taking a Conceptualizing Leadership survey to determine individual efficiency in leadership and personal views. The results indicate an emphasis on traits = 15, an emphasis on ability = 18, an emphasis on skills = 20, an emphasis on behavior = 20, an emphasis on process = 20 and an emphasis relationship = 20. According to these results, the emphasis on behavior, relationship, process, and skills have the same score. This is the maximum score and therefore denotes their importance. The ability has a slightly lower score at 18 while traits score the lowest at 15. I would classify my views on leadership as a mixed model. While these elements are important, the need the earlier values for actualization. The research concludes that while skill development is the most important factor as it improves all the other factors, an effective model must balance all these factors.
The completion of the Conceptualizing Leadership survey demonstrated the following results:
An emphasis on traits = 15
An emphasis on ability = 18
An emphasis on skills = 20
An emphasis on behavior = 20
An emphasis on process = 20
An emphasis relationship = 20
According to these results, the emphasis on behavior, relationship, process, and skills have the same score. The ability has a slightly lower score at 18 while traits score the lowest at 15. I would classify my views on leadership as a mixed model. In the paragraphs below I will explain how each of these elements affects a leadership model and how they are interlinked.

Wait! Leadership Development paper is just an example!

There has always been an underlying belief that leadership is intrinsic to people’s character traits. This insinuates that leaders are born rather than bred. There is some truth in this statement. Character traits such as temperament and I are essential in determining how a person leads. Some people are more effective in social interactions, and this makes it easier for them to lead a task force (Northouse, 2010). However, this does not earn all the scores for effective leadership. Due to the rapidly changing social and organizational structures, there is a need for education on active management. A leader must comprehend the factors influencing a particular industry or sector to efficiently manage its operations. Training is required to increase the efficiency of harnessing this trade information. This is the reason why it is impossible to attribute complete leadership effectiveness to inborn qualities. This is the reason why leadership enhancement courses are essential in individual career development plans.
The same reasons that hinder traits from entirely from developing good leadership profile also inhibit an emphasis on abilities. A person who is a good orator can communicate ideas effectively to a team. However, this will not be effective is the one who is describing does not understand what they have to communicate. The development of these abilities is also essential to their proper utilization. This is the reason why this quality did not achieve the maximal marks.
All the other facts are correlated and essential for leadership. The skills –both intrinsic and developed – influence how a leader communicates ideas to the people. It makes it possible to harness all the available resources, especially in information. For example, training on people’s personality will increase the ability to interact with them and encourage them to release maximal potential. The skills development phase will influence the other factors. The behavior of individual changes as their knowledge increases (Northouse, 2010). The skills development also changes the way processes are conducted. It increases the ability to relate to people maximally. Since all these processes are interlinked, they must be developed uniformly.
In conclusion, a mixed model is more efficient on one’s leadership skills. An emphasis on one of the elements to the detriment of the others will have negative impacts on a person. For example, an over-insistence on the process without caring for the relationships makes the leader treat the junior employees as machines. This is likely to cause grievances among the staff and lack of motivation. If the team is demotivated, the production efficiency will decrease. While skill development is the most critical factor as it improves all the other elements, an efficient model must balance all these factors.

I need to work a lot; that’s why I really didn’t have a single minute to focus on my thesis writing. These guys from AnyCustomWriting are real saviors. I don’t know how they knew what my professor expected to receive, but they definitely succeeded.
