The facilitator role portfolio involves the definition of the work of the facilitator in helping the learners understand better about the topic of Human Resource Development (HRD). The role is vital to learners on how the topic of discussion can be applied in real life situations. The summarizer role portfolio aims at ensuring that all the relevant information on the topic of human resource development is presented in summery. This involves highlighting the main points of the Human Resource Development and putting them together in short forms to help the learners have all they need in a single document.
The media collector role portfolio involves the gathering together of the essential aspects of the human resource development as presented in various media sources. This role examines the multiple presentations of concepts such as the globalization, technology application in human resource development and any challenges to the human resource development. The portfolio of the illustrator role brings the visual view the topic of the human resource development and how best the topic can be presented through techniques such as drawing and experimentation (Swanson, & Holton, 2009).
