One of the high points is that the debate provides an explicit knowledge on the conditional cash transfer (CCT). From the debate, CCT is a protection program designed for families or individuals in low social and economic situations to improve their condition of health for example. The second high point is concerned with the backgrounds details of CCT. The debate assignment explains precisely how the CCT program has been successful in the societies of Mexico and Brazil.
My third best point is about the significant impacts of the CCT and the sources of information that have been used to provide relevant ideas. Information from both primary and secondary sources like the newspaper has been used to support the motion. My first low point is too much research work like explanations on how Brazil is being sought for advice to integrate the program. Secondly, I consider information about the Indian CCT to be of a low point because explaining how the program is expected to work sounds like a repetition. The third low point is that the motion provides a little knowledge of how the CCT program is implemented.
Working as a group helps to save time because on knows more information compared to when someone is working alone and, in that way, there is a productive experience. When working with a team, it enabled me to gain confidence, making the experience communicative and collaborative as people can share ideas. As a public health profession, there is an opportunity to meet people from various backgrounds (Chatalalsingh & Reeves, 2014).

Therefore, my participation in a debate will contribute to confidence building, self-expression ability and excellent communication skills needed to deliver health services.
