Dear Mr. Bruce:
My name is Brown, and I am the current manager of Delta Holdings. I am writing this letter concerning the building located at the roundabout, along the University way. One of my clients, John is having trouble in marketing the property that is seemingly still under the tenancy by your organization. The building, which is fourteen-storied structure, is positioned at the Mbugi Street opposite to the poster (Elizabeth et al. 340).
The record that is provided by the city council indicates that the lease of the building by your company was conducted in October 2011, and its contract has never been terminated. Therefore, after confirming with your secretary, it is clear that your company is no longer using the stuff. Thus, to give my client the opportunity of selling his property, it could be advisable that you clear your lease as soon as possible to avoid inconveniencing him. The records indicate that the building is still written under the name of your business (Elizabeth et al. 341). Therefore, in my hardcopy letter, I have attached detailed documents indicating the tenancy and requesting that you clear your name from the property in a soon and possible way.
According to the information given to me by the client, he wants to begin putting up his property on the market by April 2018. To provide him with the little time, I request that you clear the name of your business from the building.
Wait! Letter of complaint paper is just an example!
Also, I have encircled to the city council about the ownership and even the contract termination. Finally, if you have any question, feel free to contact me using the email in the attached document. Looking ahead to work with you and settle the matter (Elizabeth et al. 340).
Sincerely,
Brown, manager, Delta holdings
