Most research regarding educational performance is based on race and housing. However, this paper delves into a place-based inequality with the idea that growing up in particular neighbourhoods do have an impact on the demographic, educational performance. For instance, Whitefish Bay has had an influence on the outcomes of the future experiences on those who were raised in the area. Birth rates have been used to determine the significant proportions of the mortality rates of the people within the area. Consequently, education statistics have defined this diversity in life experiences based on the levels of poverty which is also highly associated with the levels of education (McManaman 2).
San Antonio represents a vital city within the state whereas data has shown that the improvement of the quality of life on the residents has an impact on the educational outcomes of the population due to the city’s economic segregation (Baucum 3). Diverse extremities of difference lifestyles within the city array the need to define success and education with the mindset that disparity comes at a price.
According to research, Marcus Britton arrays the idea that moving into the affluent neighbourhoods has led to a lower level of education for the young black men although this is the kind of environment known to lead to better educational outcomes. Therefore, the educational outcomes have also been viewed to source from different factors all having to do with the age at which this occurs.

Segregation plays a role on the levels at which relatively disadvantaged racial and ethnic populations go through the process. There are challenges that affect crime rates and health outcomes. Arguably, segregation also plays a role in poverty levels in correlation to occupations. The comparative analysis of the neighbourhood changes as well as its consequences represents an extreme form of residential segregation. This process is also notably uneven across various metropolitan areas based on different histories.
