Mega Food Women’s One Daily and Nature Made Multi For Him are two of the most popular multivitamins in the market. They both claim to have third party mark of certification that proves they are legit and trustable. Many differences are notable for the two products. To start with Women’s One Daily is manufactured by MegaFood, a company that claims to make only natural products from fresh farm products. Nature Made For Him, on the other hand, is a synthetic product i.e. made from the lab. There are also slight differences in the ingredients for both products. Women’s One Daily contains the following vitamins: Vitamin A, Vitamin E, Vitamin C, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic Acid, Vitamin B6, Thiamine, Folate, Vitamin D3, Biotin, and Riboflavin. Minerals in the product include Manganese, Selenium, Iron, Calcium, Boron, Iodine, Calcium, Zinc, Potassium, Magnesium, Copper, and Chromium. Other products include Ashwagandha Root, Nettle Leaf, Saw Palmetto, Sacred Basil Leaf, Schisandra Berry, whole Oranges, Cranberry, Eleuthero Root, Milk Thistle, Plant Cellulose, Ginger Root, Shitake Mushroom, Turmeric Root, Vegetable Lubricant, Amylase, and Silica. Nature Made For him, on the other hand, contains the following vitamins: Ascorbic Acid, Thiamin, Cyanocobalamin, dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate, Riboflavin, Vitamin D3, Biotin, Phylloquinone, Folic Acid, Niacinamide and Vitamin A Acetate.

Mineral compounds include Zinc Oxide, Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, D-calcium Pantothenate, Sodium Hydroxypropyl, Silicon Dioxide, Manganese Sulfate, Potassium Iodide, Magnesium Stearate, and Sodium Molybdate. Other ingredients include Corn Starch, Cellulose Gel, Croscarmellose, Maltodextrin, MethylCellulose, Cupric Sulfate, Beta Carotene, and Pyridoxine Hydrochloride among others.
Worthy to note is that Nature Made For Him multivitamin lacks Iron which Women’s One Daily contains. The exact amount of Iron in women’s One is 180mg. Why could this be so? As seen from the products’ names, Nature Made For Him is for men while Women’s One Daily is for women. Women require more Iron as opposed to men. This is because women are at a higher risk of getting Iron deficiency as much Iron is lost during their menstruation periods. The exact amount of Vitamin C in Women’s One Daily is 240mg while it is 240 mg in Nature Made For Him, it is 180 mg. This is because women need more of it during their pregnancy as it aids in body tissue and bone formation.
