To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to express my frustrations having transacted with your company Walmart Inc. I had made an order for kid’s clothes from your company’s online website Walmart.com on November 30th, 2018. However, the items delivered and what I had ordered were entirely different regarding the size and color specifications. It was very frustrating bearing in my mind that it was a gift that I was planning to deliver to my friend.
On the other hand, I made a return, and it has now taken forever for me to get my order with the right specifications. Also, I had even lost track of the order since your company took so long to update the tracking system. I had visited your stores to make an inquiry of the same, but the customer service representatives asked me to leave my phone number and email which they would use to contact me later, but up to now, I have not received any call or email. It is therefore evident that your company’s return policy is not focused on meeting the needs of your customers due to the frustrations that I have received recently.
Nevertheless, Walmart Inc has been a favorite store to shop for various products, and many customers can attest to that. However, some of your employees are letting down your organization and painting it with a bad image due to their reluctance on their roles. I have incurred extra cost to purchase for the item I had ordered, and therefore I am kindly requesting for a refund.
