Message
This memorandum explores to inform everyone about an organizational change scheduled to commence shortly as well as its effects on the four aspects of our company. In response to shareholder’s resolutions, our company is scheduled for a merge with the XYZ industry in a bid to realize more production and returns regarding the newly established strategic plans. Therefore, it is important to note that the merging is inevitable and it will have both negative and positive effects at personal and industrial level. Some of the changes expected to take place on people include relocation, change in job position, and advanced training (Nelson & Quick, 2013). The reorganization of industrial operations will result in the relocation of individuals to other industries located elsewhere where they will offer operational support. Due to the expected effects on technology, some employees will undergo training to enable them to successfully operate advanced systems in a bid to accomplish their task objectives (Shin, Taylor & Seo, 2012).
The organization structure will as well undergo some reorganization to adhere to new a command chain. More so, the exercise will the result in the formation of new job positions such as regional manager, while other jobs will get dropped.
