President Roosevelt says that the country’s citizens have fear but if it was converted into advancements and not retreat the country would prosper (Franklin Delano Roosevelt).
President Roosevelt presents reasons why the country is under distress; including unemployment, risen taxes, and no markets for agricultural and commercial output.
As the resident of the nation, he says that his citizens face common problems.

Being an inaugural address, the speaker appeals to reason. He presented his facts about the state of affairs.
8. The speech was impeccable. His facts were very convincing, and the organization of thought and speech will leave the listener captivated.
