Decision makingIn establishing a favorable decision- making environment, my answer and scores are as follows: statement 3 sometimes=2 points, statement 7 often=3 points, statement 13 sometimes= 2 points and 16 often= 3 points. The total score is 10 out of 16. From the score, I am moderate in creating a positive decision-making environment. It seems accurate as my schoolmates always give me a mild reaction when it comes to being around me.
In generating potential solutions my reactions and scores to statements are; statement 4 sometime=2 points, statement 8 often= 3 points and statement 11 very often=4. My total score is 9 out of 12. The inference here is strength in generating potential solutions. I agree with this inference because, in many challenges that I have had, I have always gotten a solution (Greenbank 2010).
The evaluation of alternatives in decision- making process for me produced the following scores; statement 1 often=3 points, statement 6 sometimes=2 points and 15 sometimes= 2. It adds up to 7 out of 12. It is a reasonable result; however, I feel it is not an accurate reflection of myself because I have mostly been successful in my decision hence a keen evaluator of alternatives (Taylor 2013).
Deciding: statement 5 is very often= 4, 10 often=3 and 17 often= 3. The total score is 10 out of 12. It means I am firm in deciding which I agree with because most colleagues come to me for advice (Thomton& Dumke 2005).
For checking decision I scored; statement 2 often=3 and statement 9 rarely=1.
Wait! Nursing Essay paper is just an example!
The total score is 4 out of 6. I am strong in reviewing my choices, and this is evident in most of my success. In communicating and implementing I score 3 points for statement 12, 3 points for 14 and 3 for 18. The total score is 9 out of 12. I agree with this strength in implementing my decisions. My success is the evidence that I implement decisions correctly.
