Provision of necessary healthcare services in the nursing domain is a compelling attribute for the healthcare settings. Nursing is a critical profession in service delivery relating to medical care to the patients. However, leadership traits are essential in the nursing domain to improve service delivery. Aspects such as teamwork are an integral part of success in nursing. In the paper, it focuses on Jeanine Frumenti an RN nurse leader who inspires in the healthcare setting. Jeanine has established leadership roles in New York, and various qualities identify her success as a nurse leader (Player & Burns, 2015).
Leadership domains are apparent in the paper as well as the leadership models for nurse leadership. Leadership aspects are fundamental in the area of the Advanced Nursing Practice. Qualities such as innovativeness, activism as well as mentoring are core in nursing leadership. The respect for cultural diversity and work setting controversy are also apparent in the paper. A good leader is the one who motivates the others, and he or she is goal oriented. I am a goal-oriented leader who inspires others by driving them in their doings. It is apparent that motivation improves the self-efficacy as well as the self-esteem of the individuals.
I aspire to work in the management domain to aid in service delivery through strategic planning. However, the clinical skills are vital in enhancing the management process. The decision-making process should also involve a team of the members thus aiding in quality of the decision making process.
Additionally, Jeanine also works in the clinical domain due to the support she provides in the clinical services delivery. The field focuses on meeting the patients’ needs thus allowing accountability in the healthcare services. The Nurse leader has proved to be a specialist and a leader who values the social values of the others. Building effective working relationships is an essential clinical domain for the healthcare providers. The leader empowers other individuals such as the patients and the stakeholders.

Transformational leadership characterizes my style of leadership. The technique entails involving others in the decision making process and identifying the points of strength. However, it is essential to improve on the strengths thus enhancing productivity and quality of service delivery (Hamric, Hanson, Tracy & O’Grady, 2014). Change is necessary for the healthcare sector.
The leadership definition enhances the change required for service delivery within the healthcare setting. However, other healthcare providers can utilize the situational leadership definition. In the situational leadership, the leadership styles are influenced by the environment. It entails the interaction between the individuals’ style and the environmental attributes. The environment can affect the individual style of leadership.
I respect cultural diversity by valuing other people’s opinions. It is essential to understand that people come from different ethnic backgrounds with varying opinions. A good leader should learn on how to appreciate the cultural diversity and use it as an opportunity to enhance service delivery (Nicol, 2012). Being a good role model can encourage the other followers to curb the differences and focus on the objective of the hospital setting. It is therefore apparent that cultural diversity should be acknowledged and the leaders should develop styles on how to deal with the issue.
Controversy is evident in any form of organization. In a hospital setting the healthcare givers as well as the patients may have controversy which may adversely affect service delivery. As a nurse leader, I handle controversy by encouraging other on peaceful coexistence. Serving as a role model also reduces the differences and the controversy in the healthcare environment.
Collaboration with other stakeholders enhances the quality of service in the institution. I collaborate with the others by improving team leadership which is core on effective leadership.

In summation, nurse leadership is a whole affair that enhances the quality of service delivery. It is therefore critical for the nurse leaders to encapsulate leadership styles that focus on productivity rather than self-interest. However, the leadership style should encourage the motivation aspect that values every opinion contributed by the stakeholders. Eventually, effective leadership in the nursing domain will curtail the unnecessary expenditure and aid in service delivery.
