Human beings go through different stages of life which demand varied attention as they age. It is essential to understand what each stage entails as aging is not merely physiological. For instance, the resilience of older adults allows people to learn about this group of adults as well as what is involved in this phase. The society, in this case, should be concerned with alleviating the struggles involved in this stage of life as aging is inevitable. Therefore, understanding the aging process provides the basis for the use of particular approaches to handling the older adults appropriately.
Learning about adult education is also another perspective to the process. Giving instructions in a formal or non-formal manner to the elderly comes with its specific challenges. There are, however, outstanding benefits that accrue from learning how to train older adults in various fields.
