Internal and external validity of the controlled trials
Disaster preparedness education provides life-saving and sustaining information that can help nurses to treat patients before the spreading of trauma. Disasters only occur due to ignorance, lack of preparedness and ability to cope up with the hazards. To determine disaster scientists mostly employ statistical devices such as randomized or non- randomized parametric tests. The piece of work dwells on the internal and external authenticity of the two controlled trials, used in disaster preparedness in India among nurses.
The trainers in China used both the randomized and non-randomized test where all had separate controlled groups. Every factor was kept constant, including the language employed. Those who could not understand English so fluently were trained through Chinese (Aluisio, Adam et al., 518). In both of the tests, each group of twenty people used case-based learning and simulation excursive at alternating times. At the end of all the pieces of training, case-based learning was deduced to be entirely valid than simulation in disaster education preparedness education. Even after the crossover of the same groups to validate the results, case-based learning became the most efficient towards disaster preparedness.
Although in the study simulation exercise proved to work best with the radiation subtopic, CBL took the order in general, blast and chemical evaluation sub-topics. The study carried out supporting entirely internal authenticity in achieving the result.

It showed a significant reduction in the Type I error probability (Aluisio, Adam et al., 521). This result serves as the baseline for disaster preparedness education because it was carried out in India, one of the most sensitive places in disaster occurrence. Based on the results got from this study and the educational recommendations as per the Sendai Framework and national policies in disaster management, the case-based analysis is appropriate.
In conclusion, the RCT Case-Based Learning method is the perspective and the superior disaster control method. Therefore, should be employed mostly over simulation exercise in disaster preparedness education. However, simulation exercise should not be ignored too, as it gives good outcomes in other studies.
